Insurance

While routine eye exams and refractions are typically not covered by medical insurance, they may be included in your routine vision plan. Some vision carriers require prior authorization, so please let us know if you have routine vision coverage when scheduling your appointment.

We do accept a wide range of medical insurance and routine vision plans to make your care as seamless as possible. While we are happy to help with general insurance questions, for specifics regarding your plan and benefits, please contact your insurance provider directly.

For cosmetic surgery, insurance usually does not apply, and payment will be required before scheduling.

For co-pays and non-covered services, we request payment at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). We’ll also handle filing your insurance claims, provided we have the details from your current insurance card.
